By placing an order at typo/graphic store, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping and Import Fees

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s import rules before ordering.

at checkout we describe from which country each poster ships from.

Designer shipping times

Some posters are shipped directly from the designers. As independent professionals, their handling times may vary due to their schedules (such as travel, teaching, or workload).
By ordering, you accept that occasional delays are normal. We’ll keep you updated and assist you whenever needed.

Orders and Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You’ll receive an confirmation by email once your payment is completed.

Prices and payments are shown in the local currency based on your shipping country:
— EUR (€) for all countries except those below
— USD ($) for orders shipped to the United States
— GBP (£) for orders shipped to the United Kingdom
— CHF (Fr.) for orders shipped to Switzerland

Returns and Refunds

If you’d like to return an order, contact us to start the process.
You’ll need to ship the poster back, at your own expense, to the address we provide. Once we confirm the poster has arrived in good condition, a full refund will be issued.

EU customers:
You have a legal right to return any item within 14 days of receipt for any reason.

Outside the EU:
All international sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your poster arrives damaged, or if the package appears mishandled in transit, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
We’re not responsible for postal or customs delays, but we’ll always try to help resolve any problems.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The version available on our website at the time of purchase always applies.
